Chloé Heude joined Product Law Firm in 2018 as an agri-food legal expert and engineer.
With her dual expertise, she helps and supports the firm’s clients from the agri-food sector (dairy products, food supplements, spirits…) in answering regulatory questions relating to the development and marketing of their products.
She actively participates in all technical and scientific activities related to crisis management.
She also validates communications (advertising, claims, labelling, etc.), carries out risk assessments of the latter and proposes alternatives to reduce these risks.
Lastly, she prepares and conducts training on the various specific regulations for products and on food law for French and foreign clients.
