Biography

Graduate of a Master II «European Law» at the Panthéon Sorbonne University (Paris I) as well as an LL.M awarded at the University of London (United Kingdom) in 2011, Laëtitia Guillet has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012.

After working as an associate for more than five years in an American law firm, she founded her own law firm, LGLAW Avocats, in 2019, boutique specialized in support law and commercial litigation, before joining Product Law Firm in September 2022 as a partner.

With more than 10 years of experience in French and international law firms and a 360-degree knowledge, Laëtitia Guillet has a wide range of skills mainly around food law (composition/ labelling/ communication) but also around the litigation of official controls (DGCCRF control) or commercial disputes between competitors and in the distribution chain (damaged products, deteriorated, bad information). She is a key player in optimizing the regulatory compliance of products, whatever the sector of activity (food, quick trade, distribution in the CHR sector, consumer goods, health-beauty, chemistry, etc. …).

In particular, she assists her clients in all types of commercial litigation, and more particularly in disputes relating to the training, execution and termination of commercial contracts. This legal expert is also distinguished by her expertise in real estate law, construction law and urban planning law.

Laëtitia also acts as a facilitator of the training LAMY food law and for ADRIA on food law issues.
