With a dual background in criminal law and health law, Paul-Henry Devèze developed his expertise in health law within leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, before creating his own structure in 2021.

With his global understanding of product life, Paul-Henry Devèze is able to support his clients on complex, long-term projects in the manner of an outsourced legal manager.
Puts its know-how at the service of its French and international clients’ projects, particularly in terms of R&D, marketing and distribution of products in France, as well as compliance with the sector’s anti-corruption rules.
Finally, Paul-Henry Devèze is involved in criminal health law and deals with issues of economic criminal law (deceptive commercial practices, anti-kickback or transparency offences), medical criminal law (liability of healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations, illegal practice of medicine or pharmacy), or relating to public health and health scandals.
In addition to his work as Lawyer, Paul-Henry is a member of a Comité de Protection des Personnes (Ethic Committee) in charge of the evaluation of clinical trials in France. He is also in charge of the AFAR working group on the obligations and responsibilities of the MD & IVD actors and intervenes as a trainer for the healthcare and life sciences industries in France and abroad.
