Finally, Paul-Henry Dev\u00e8ze is involved in criminal health law and deals with issues of economic criminal law (deceptive commercial practices, anti-kickback or transparency offences), medical criminal law (liability of healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations, illegal practice of medicine or pharmacy), or relating to public health and health scandals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to his work as Lawyer, Paul-Henry is a member of a Comit\u00e9 de Protection des Personnes<\/em> (Ethic Committee) in charge of the evaluation of clinical trials in France.
